15 Lakewood Properties in Foreclosure Scheduled for Sheriff’s Sale in March
Two of them have already been sold this month.
Fifteen Lakewood properties in foreclosure were scheduled to go to sheriff's sale in March, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.
Two of them have already been sold.
In February, 13 homes went to sheriff sale.
Some properties may have been added or deleted from this list during March.
March 4: 2059 Quail Avenue; appraised value $40,000, minimum bid $26,667.
March 4: 1608 Newman Avenue; sold for $35,000.
March 4: 1514 Cohassett Avenue; sold for $210,633.
March 4: 1520 Lakewood Avenue; appraised value $40,000.
March 11: 1233 Cranford Avenue; appraised value $45,000; minimum bid $30,000.
March 11: 11850 Edgewater Drive, No. 903; appraised value $40,000; minimum bid $26,667.
March 11: 2094 Bunts Road; appraised value $38,000; minimum bid $25,334.
March 11: 1323 Giel Avenue; appraised value $72,000; minimum bid $48,000.
