12-Year-Old Boys Busted With Pot at School

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lakewood Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Pot bust at Harding Middle School

Two 12-year-old students at Harding Middle School were each charged with possession of marijuana April 4 following an after-school search of their lockers turned up 16 grams of pot between them.

Identity theft

A woman in the 2100 block of Morrison Avenue told police April 2 that someone used her identity to open a utilities account in her name. 

Counterfeit money

A woman at CVS Pharmacy on Clifton Boulevard paid for her prescription medication with a counterfeit $50 bill at around 3 a.m. April 3. The woman got away before police could catch up. 

Child endangering, resisting arrest

A woman faces a few charges after she resisted arrest for walking while intoxicated with a child in the 1300 block of Phelps Avenue at around 7 p.m. April 3. She was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and child endangering.

Robbed of a bicycle

A man riding his bike in the 13300 block of Madison Avenue was pushed off his bicycle by another man and told to “give it up” at around 7 p.m. April 4. The suspect took off on the bike.

Walking while intoxicated? Sorry, I moved here from CA, but that just sounds like a joke. Good thing people here do not drive The Strip in LA or any college campus in America. People are going to stupid. You cannot cite everyone and while she was a negligent person with a kid, she was not operating a vehicle.....unfortunately plenty of people doing that.
