Has anyone else seen those Ishopcuyahoga.com signs?
On my way into work the other day I saw a little black and white sign in someone's front yard on Clifton for ishopcuyahoga.com. While on lunch I decided to check out this website, and found all kinds of cool coupons for local mom and pop business. Their app for my phone is great too. I can show the business a coupon on my phone, no printing or forgetting the coupon anymore. Thought I would pass this on, and have fun too.

The guy that runs ishop is a total jerk. This business is a nightmare for retailers. Once you sign up you get no cooperation from them. They don't put a limit on how many gift certificates they sell to the same person and they don't keep track of the names and cert numbers so that we have something to go by. The object of these certificates was to get customers to try us out and become returning customers. Not to sell 14 to the same person. Very disappointed in this company

this client has not used the power of this product properly. only after developing her own method and limiting the power of success does this complaint come out. Communication with customer service and the local Cuyahoga management would have created a mutually beneficial benefit for both companies.
